 NOTICE INVITING TENDER QUOTATIONS

Sealed quotations are invited for Various Services and Supplies, including Refreshments, Transport, Decoration, Cleaning, Painting, Labour Engagement, Supply of different items, and Miscellaneous work for the upcoming NAAC Peer Team Visit (FY 2024-25).

The WBSIDCL, WEBEL, Consumer Cooperative Societies are preferred.

Interested applicants may apply in their letterheads to the Principal with relevant documents that disclose their government affiliation along with the documents of: i) Income Tax Clearance, ii) Photocopy of PAN card, iii) GST No., iv) Trade License as applicable and v) Mobile No.

Application should reach the College office within 7^th December, 2024.

ü  Sealed Quotations with credentials and documents should reach the College Office within 7^th December, 2024.

ü  Sealed Quotations have to be submitted and dropped in the specified Tender Box kept at the College main entrance.

ü  The authority has every right to cancel any Quotation without stating any reasons, thereof.
