Documents to be produced

Documents required at the time of Admission:

* (i) Hardcopy (Printout) of properly filled-in application form.

* (ii) Original and one unattested photocopy of Mark-sheet of Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent.

*(iii) Original Age-proof (Admit card / equivalent certificates).

* (iv) Family Income certificate from competent authority in original.

* (v) Original Bank-endorsed Money Receipt.

* (vi) Three stamp-sized coloured recent photos.

* (vii) Original caste certificate for S.C. / S.T. / OBC (from appropriate authority)

* (viii) Original proof for Physically Challenged candidate.

Notes: Anti-ragging declaration, in the UGC-prescribed format to be furnished by the provisionally admitted students at the time of Registration.
