Steps to be Followed in Feedback Process:

1. For online submission of feedback form : Click Here
2. Login with Student ID and Password of your Student Login details

   (If you are a first-time user of the Student Login; after login with default password and ID, you need to change the password.)

3. In the ‘Home’ page of Student Login click on ‘Feedback’
4. The Feedback has three Modules:

   Module A: Teaching-Learning
   Module B: Infrastructure and Academic Ambience
   Module C: Student support
   

   Each Module contains 9-10 questions. Each question has five plausible answers. Read each question carefully before giving your response in Yes or No. Be objective and frank in your response. Your identity will not be revealed.
5. Answering all the questions in all the Three Modules is mandatory to complete the Feedback process.
6.  Click on the ‘Click for Feedback’ under any Module; this will pop up a feedback questionnaires window under that Module; you need to answer all the questions here and to finish click on the submit button. This will compete submitting feedback for the that Module.
7. Repeat Step-6 to complete the feedback for remaining two Modules.
8. Finally, a message will appear indicating accomplishment of your Complete Feedback Process.
